There has always been and will always be talented young Blacks who dont get access.
These Brit-Africans aren't any better (save Idris) and the reason they come to America is because they claim that have more opportunities here than in Europe. Imagine that !
So Brit Black actors who are underemployed over there can get roles here, but under employed Black actors here cannot. Does that make any sense ?
It has nothing to do with "grooming" and everything to do with the fact that whites will ALWAYS try to displace Black Americans ....for the reasons you mentioned. They dont want them getting that $ and status.
